Information to discuss during consultation

If you have questions about skin hydration, elasticity or tone, start with a private consultation. You do not need to know which treatment to ask for.

Bio-remodelling works beneath the surface of the skin to support hydration, elasticity and tone, stimulating collagen and elastin production. Any change tends to appear gradually rather than immediately.

Two approaches are usually discussed. Full face rejuvenation targets five sites on each side of the face. Neck rejuvenation targets ten sites on the neck. Both aim to support hydration and address mild skin laxity.

Every treatment is individualised and performed by qualified healthcare professionals, and a consultation is required. That is where your goals, suitability, alternatives, potential risks, side effects, downtime, aftercare and realistic expectations are discussed. Individual results vary.

Explore the available information, then discuss which option—if any—may be appropriate for you.

01

Full Face Rejuvenation

This treatment targets 5 specific sites per side of the face. It is designed to support skin hydration and may help address the appearance of mild skin laxity by stimulating skin cell receptors. Individual outcomes will vary.

02

Neck Rejuvenation

This treatment targets 10 specific sites on the neck. It is designed to support skin hydration and may help address the appearance of mild skin laxity by stimulating skin cell receptors. Individual outcomes will vary.

From consultation to aftercare.

Individual experiences, downtime and aftercare vary. Everything below is discussed with you before any treatment decision is made.

  1. Consultation

A private discussion of your aesthetic goals, with your questions answered and the available options explained. Your practitioner covers suitability, alternatives, potential risks, side effects, downtime, aftercare and realistic expectations for your individual needs.

  2. What to expect

The treatment takes approximately forty-five to sixty minutes, including the application of any numbing cream. Most people describe it as a slight pinch at the treatment sites. Afterwards, side effects are likely to be mild — small bumps, redness and swelling. Individual experiences vary.

  3. Aftercare

If you choose to undertake a treatment following the consultation, to minimise the downtime, please:

    • Ice may be applied to the treated area
    • Avoid UV exposure for 3–5 days
    • Wear sunscreen daily
    • No alcohol for 48 hours
    • No make-up for 24 hours
    • Avoid touching and massaging the area
    • Avoid skincare with active ingredients for 1–2 days
    • Avoid laser, microneedling, peels and energy-based devices for 2 weeks

Questions about Bio Remodelling

How long does the treatment take?

Approximately forty-five to sixty minutes, including the application of any numbing cream.

Is the treatment painful?

A topical numbing cream may be applied beforehand. People generally describe it as a slight pinch at the treatment sites, with individual experiences varying.

How long will the results last?

Changes may become noticeable around two to four weeks after treatment, and may last approximately four to six months. Individual results vary.

Is there much downtime?

Following the required aftercare, side effects are likely to be mild — small bumps, redness and swelling at the treatment sites. Individual experiences vary.

When can I wear makeup?

Make-up can generally be worn the following day.

Do I need to massage the bumps?

Specific aftercare is discussed with you at consultation. In general, massaging the bumps is not required and they usually disperse on their own after a period of time.

Which areas can be discussed?

Two approaches are usually discussed: full face rejuvenation, which targets five sites on each side of the face, and neck rejuvenation, which targets ten sites on the neck. Which may be appropriate for you is determined at consultation.

Understanding the cost of treatment.

What treatment costs depends on your facial structure and anatomy, on the goals you are hoping to work toward, and on which treatments are involved in getting there. Two people asking for a similar outcome may need very different plans.

A consultation is the most reliable way to understand what your own treatment plan would involve and what it would cost. We will discuss your goals, talk through what may be suitable, and set out the cost of that specific plan — with no obligation to proceed.
