Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (‘Terms’), together with our client consent form, Privacy Policy and the Current Offers – Terms & Conditions (if applicable), govern purchases made through Reglow Skin and constitute the entire agreement between the contracting parties (‘Agreement’).
All purchases of our Products and Treatments will be governed by the Agreement in force as at the date the purchase is made. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the Agreement in force on the date of purchase.
Review of Website and Terms
We may, from time to time and without notice, change or add to the website (including the Terms) or the information, products or services described in it. However, we do not undertake to keep the website updated. We are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information on the website or if that information is not up to date.
Information
The information contained within or accessible by you through our clinic or on our website is of a general nature and is not intended to constitute or replace professional advice for individual or specific conditions. Please consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the use of any of our Treatments and Products, treatments before using or relying on them. Your physician or health care practitioner should address any and all medical questions, concerns and decisions regarding the possible treatment of any medical condition.
Use of Products
By purchasing our Products, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms and agree to use the Products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions, precautions and guidelines. Any other use will cause you to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use. You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions.
Allergy
You hereby acknowledge and agree that Reglow Skin and all of its Related Bodies Corporate, franchises, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable with respect to, and you hereby waive, release, and agree not to take action against any of them upon, any claim for any loss or harm suffered or incurred by you in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, an allergic reaction you suffer as a result of our Products or Treatments unless that allergic reaction is caused by our gross negligence or wilful default.
Adverse Reactions
In the unlikely event that you experience a side effect, we will require up to 12 weeks to investigate your concern. We require your full co-operation during this time, which may include weekly consultations for assessment as advised by your trained technician.
Booking Deposit
A $50 deposit is required for each treatment and consultation to secure your booking. It is redeemable to the treatment or refundable if you don’t end up doing any treatment after attending the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
The full booking deposit will be forfeited if you do not attend your appointment, cancel your appointment, request to reschedule within 48 hours of your original appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment.
Refunds
Generally, refunds will not be provided for Products or Treatments purchased from us. We will provide refunds of Products and Treatments sold to you where we are required to do so by Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Reglow Skin website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Reglow Skin and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited without prior written consent.
Liability
To the full extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any matter including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use in relation to any Product or Treatment supplied by us.
Where legislation implies into this Agreement any condition or warranty that cannot be restricted or modified, our liability for any breach of such conditions or warranties will (to the full extent permitted by law) be limited to, at our option, one or more of the following: (a) replacement of the Products or Treatments, the repair of the Products , or the supply of equivalent Products or Treatments; (b) repayment of any part of the price of the Products or Treatments supplied; or (c) payment of the costs of replacing or repairing the Products or Treatments, or acquiring equivalent Products.
This Agreement will not be read or applied so as to purport to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying the application in relation to the supply of any Products or Treatments pursuant to these terms of all or any of the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the provisions of any other statute, act or law of any State or Territory of the Commonwealth of Australia, or any other applicable territory, which by law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

Interpretation
‘Reglow Skin, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ means any or all of the following entities as the context requires:
- Reglow Pty Ltd ACN 649 574 336 (trading as Reglow Skin); or
- any entity that is a ‘related body corporate’ or a ‘related entity’ of Reglow Pty Ltd for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
‘Products’ means any skincare and beauty products offered for sale by Reglow Skin; and ‘Treatment’ means any service offered by Reglow Skin and includes any treatments that we offer from time to time.

Treatment Packages
By purchasing a Treatment Package, you agree to the below and the Terms.
Treatment Package Inclusions
The Treatment Package includes the specified Products and Treatments as detailed at the time of purchase. These cannot be exchanged for other services unless agreed upon by the us.
Payment & Validity
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Treatment Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within this period.
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
Treatment Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Refunds are not available once purchased and are not available for change of mind.
Suitability & Medical Considerations
Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect treatment suitability. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe.
Results and Liability
Individual results may vary. We are not responsible for outcomes that do not meet personal expectations. Clients must follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
Changes to Treatment Package Terms
Reglow Skin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions relating to Treatment Packages at any time without prior notice.
