Review of Website and Terms

We may, from time to time and without notice, change or add to the website (including the Terms) or the information, products or services described in it. However, we do not undertake to keep the website updated. We are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information on the website or if that information is not up to date.

Information

The information contained within or accessible by you through our clinic or on our website is of a general nature and is not intended to constitute or replace professional advice for individual or specific conditions. Please consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the use of any of our Treatments and Products, treatments before using or relying on them. Your physician or health care practitioner should address any and all medical questions, concerns and decisions regarding the possible treatment of any medical condition.

Use of Products

By purchasing our Products, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms and agree to use the Products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions, precautions and guidelines. Any other use will cause you to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use. You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions.

Allergy

You hereby acknowledge and agree that Reglow Skin and all of its Related Bodies Corporate, franchises, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable with respect to, and you hereby waive, release, and agree not to take action against any of them upon, any claim for any loss or harm suffered or incurred by you in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, an allergic reaction you suffer as a result of our Products or Treatments unless that allergic reaction is caused by our gross negligence or wilful default.

Adverse Reactions

In the unlikely event that you experience a side effect, we will require up to 12 weeks to investigate your concern. We require your full co-operation during this time, which may include weekly consultations for assessment as advised by your trained technician.

Booking Deposit

A $50 deposit is required for each treatment and consultation to secure your booking. It is redeemable to the treatment or refundable if you don’t end up doing any treatment after attending the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your appointment, cancel your appointment, request to reschedule within 48 hours of your original appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to:

• Charge you 50% of the Treatment cost
• You may forfeit any deposit paid. In the event of a booking without a booking deposit then $50 may be deducted from your account
• You may forfeit one treatment from your Treatment Package

Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for Products or Treatments purchased from us subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Reglow Skin website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Reglow Skin and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited without prior written consent.

Suitability & Medical Considerations

You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect Treatment suitability. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe.

Individual Results

Individual results may vary. We are not responsible for outcomes that do not meet personal expectations. Clients must follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions.

Liability

To the full extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any matter including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use in relation to any Product or Treatment supplied by us.

Where legislation implies into this Agreement any condition or warranty that cannot be restricted or modified, our liability for any breach of such conditions or warranties will (to the full extent permitted by law) be limited to, at our option, one or more of the following: (a) replacement of the Products or Treatments, the repair of the Products , or the supply of equivalent Products or Treatments; (b) repayment of any part of the price of the Products or Treatments supplied; or (c) payment of the costs of replacing or repairing the Products or Treatments, or acquiring equivalent Products.

This Agreement will not be read or applied so as to purport to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying the application in relation to the supply of any Products or Treatments pursuant to these terms of all or any of the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the provisions of any other statute, act or law of any State or Territory of the Commonwealth of Australia, or any other applicable territory, which by law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

Interpretation

‘Reglow Skin, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ means any or all of the following entities as the context requires:

• Reglow Pty Ltd ACN 649 574 336 (trading as Reglow Skin); or
• any entity that is a ‘related body corporate’ or a ‘related entity’ of Reglow Pty Ltd for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

‘Products’ means any skincare and beauty products offered for sale by Reglow Skin; and ‘Treatment’ means any service offered by Reglow Skin and includes any treatments that we offer from time to time.

Current Offers

Treatment Packages, Loyalty Program & End of Year Promotion (2025)

By purchasing a Treatment Package, Treatment Program, End of Year Promotion (2025) or participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to the below in addition to the Terms.

Treatment Packages and Treatment Programs

• Inclusions: The Treatment Package includes the specified Products and Treatments as detailed at the time of purchase and must be used prior to the Expiry Date. These cannot be exchanged for other Products or Services unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
• Transfer/Refunds: Treatment Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Refunds are not available once purchased and are not available for change of mind.
• Payment/Expiry: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Treatment Package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be fully redeemed within that time (the ‘Expiry Date’). Unused value or sessions after expiry will be forfeited.
• Changes: Reglow Skin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time including where reasonably necessary (for example, to comply with legal or regulatory requirements) without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website and available in-clinic.

End of Year Promotion (2025)

• Inclusions: The End of Year Promotion provides bonus value that can be redeemed toward any available Products or Treatments of your choice during the Validity Period. The promotional value does not represent cash, gift card, or equivalent monetary value and is non-redeemable for cash. It may only be applied toward Products or Treatments prior to the Expiry Date, after which any unused value will be forfeited.
• Availability: Purchases for the End of Year Promotion will be available until 31 December 2025.
• Transfer/Refunds: the End of Year Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be shared. Refunds are not available once purchased and are not available for change of mind.
• Payment/Expiry: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Bonus value from the End of Year Promotion is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be fully redeemed within that time (the ‘Expiry Date’). Unused value or sessions after expiry will be forfeited.
• Changes: Reglow Skin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time including where reasonably necessary (for example, to comply with legal or regulatory requirements) without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website and available in-clinic.

Reglow Rewards Program

Reglow Skin operates a rewards program “Reglow Rewards” which is offered to customers. By participating in the Rewards Program you will be offered certain Products or Treatments (‘Benefits’) and you are bound to the following:

• Earning Points: you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Eligible Purchases during the Period.
• Yearly Spend: for each respective Tier means the sum of Eligible Purchases made during the Period. If there is a refund of an Eligible Purchase then the Yearly Spend will be reduced by the same amount.
• Period: means a calendar year starting 1 January and ending 31 December. The Yearly Spend and Points will not carry forward and will be reset to zero on each 1 January.
• Eligible Purchases: means any purchase of Products or Treatments except for:
  • the redemption of a gift card (the purchase of a gift card will count as an Eligible Purchase);
  • any purchases made with bonus value or credit (to the amount of that bonus value or credit)
• Tiers: the different tiers include Pearl, Silver, Gold and Diamond. You reach a tier by making Eligible Purchases contributing to your Yearly Spend. The Yearly Spend required for each Tier is:
  • Pearl: $1,000 to $1,999
  • Silver: $2,000 to $3,999
  • Gold: $4,000 to $7,999
  • Diamond: $8,000+
• Membership: you can only have one membership. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date to receive points and Yearly Spend
• Benefits: specific Benefits are released upon achieving the threshold relevant to each Tier. Benefits can be redeemed by you at any time prior to expiry. Please note the following:
  • Benefits are non-transferrable, cannot be shared and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit
  • Released Benefits will expire 1 year from that date of release and are subject to nurse availability. Appointment scheduling will be at our discretion.
  • We will have the discretion to forfeit your Benefit where you are late or do not show to your appointment
  • Discounts on skincare Products are subject to Product availability. Purchases must be made in-store
  • Complimentary credit of $850 released in the Diamond Tier is limited to treatment(s) that can be performed in a same day appointment
• Changes: Reglow Skin reserves the right to terminate the Rewards Program or amend the Rewards Program or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website and available in-clinic.
• Privacy: you consent to Reglow Skin collecting, storing, and using your personal information for the purposes of administering the Rewards Program, communicating with you about your membership and Benefits, and improving our products and services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
