Our philosophy is simple. We work with your natural features, not against them, targeting small and subtle changes—the kind where people notice something is different, just not what.
Every treatment is carried out by our skilled team of clinicians in a modern, clinical and private setting, using TGA approved products. New client consultations are 45 minutes, and we take the time to understand what you are hoping for. We would rather exceed that expectation than hurry toward it.

There is no consultation fee. New client consultations run 45 minutes, so nothing is rushed and we can properly understand your goals.
Pre-treatment care
If anything needs preparing beforehand, we send you clear instructions ahead of your appointment.
Your treatment
Carried out by a member of our clinical team using TGA approved products, in a private clinical setting. It is often possible to proceed on the same day as your consultation, though some options need a separate booking — DM us to find out more.
Post-treatment care
You leave with aftercare instructions, and our clinic is available for any questions that follow.

Questions before you book
Is the consultation free?
There is no consultation service fee — you won't be charged for our time or advice during the appointment itself. A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking, which goes toward covering appointment slots and reducing no-shows. This deposit isn't an additional cost on top of any treatment — it's simply held against your booking and applied as outlined below.
Why is a $50 deposit required?
The $50 deposit secures your appointment time and helps us manage our limited consultation slots fairly for all clients. If you attend your appointment and proceed with treatment, the deposit is redeemed toward the cost of that treatment. If you attend and decide not to proceed, the deposit is refunded to you. The deposit only becomes non-refundable if the cancellation terms below apply (late cancellation, no-show, or lateness).
What happens during a consultation?
During your consultation, one of our clinical team members will discuss your aesthetic goals and answer any questions you have. We'll talk through which treatments may be suitable for you, along with the potential risks, expected side effects, downtime, and aftercare involved. We aim to give you a realistic picture of likely outcomes so you can make an informed decision — no treatment is performed, and no treatment decision is required, during the consultation itself.
Do I need to proceed with treatment?
No. Attending a consultation carries no obligation to book or undergo any treatment. You're welcome to come in, ask questions, get a professional opinion, and decide afterward — whether that's proceeding straight away, thinking it over, or deciding it's not for you. As above, your deposit is refunded in full if you attend but choose not to proceed.
Can I speak with the clinic before booking?

What is the cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change, so please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. If you don't attend your appointment, cancel, or request to reschedule within 48 hours of your original appointment time, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to apply one of the following:
- Charge 50% of the treatment cost, and/or
- Forfeit any deposit paid (or, for bookings made without a deposit, have $50 deducted), and/or
- Forfeit one treatment from your Treatment Package, if applicable
Which booking option should I choose?
Please select the specific treatment if you are sure of the treatment you want to do. However, if you're unsure, in Timely, open “Free Consultation — Book Here” and select “Consultation (New client)” for the 45-minute new-client appointment. This option is specifically for clients who haven't been seen at ReGlow Skin before and covers a full discussion of your goals and treatment options.
