How it works

Volume and definition treatments are a non-surgical option intended to support facial contouring. They can assist in temporarily restoring volume in specific areas and in softening the appearance of lines. They can also assist in skin elasticity where there is a loss in facial volume or reduction in collagen production.

All treatments are customised to individual needs and performed by a qualified healthcare professional. A consultation is required to discuss your goals, determine suitability, to discuss potential risks, side effects, downtime, aftercare and realistic expectations.

FAQs

How long will the results last?
The effects of treatment are temporary and depending on the treatment volume it may last around 6-12 months with individual results varying.

Is the treatment painful?
A topical numbing cream is applied to the treated area in the clinic to manage the treatment process. The product itself also contains a local anaesthetic to assist the treatment. We offer other tools in the clinic to ensure the treatment is as comfortable as possible.

When can I wear makeup?
During a consultation we will discuss make-up with you. Generally, we will  suggest avoiding wearing makeup directly after your treatment to minimise the risk of infection.
