About your Consultation

  • What to expect

    During a consultation we will discuss your aesthetic goals, answer your questions and advise on any available treatments.

    If you decide to undertake a treatment, the treatment will take approximately 45 to 60 minutes. If required, topical numbing cream will be applied prior to the procedure to soften the treatment process.

    Some individuals will describe the treatment as a slight pinch at the treatment sites. If you follow our required aftercare then any side effects experienced are likely to be mild including small bumps, redness and swelling at the treatment site.

Do I need to massage the bumps?
We will discuss the specific aftercare with you during the consultation. In general, massaging the bumps is not required and they usually disperse on their own after a period of time.

How long does the treatment take?
Approximately 45 minutes including the application of any numbing cream. 

Is the treatment painful?
In general, individuals may find it is a tolerable experience, with individual experiences varying. Numbing cream is applied to the treatment site prior to the treatment to soften the treatment process. 

How long will the results last for?
In general, the treatment results may become noticeable around 2 to 4 weeks post treatment and may last approximately 4 to 6 months with individual results varying. 

How long is the downtime?
If you follow our required aftercare then any side effects experienced are likely to be mild including small bumps, redness and swelling at the treatment site. 

Can I wear makeup?
Makeup can be worn the next day.
